To be honest, I think Ace is one of the few genuinely fantastic companies to work for. The fact that Ace employees stay on the job for far longer than the typical amount of time nowadays shows how much they value their care.

In my experience, it is extremely uncommon in today's business environment to find a member of Ace Management or the corporate leadership team who is not dedicated to the company's vision and mission.
