Nice managers with 1 exception. Pay is unfair for whats asked of you. Floor associates slack off and are rarely held accountable; instead cashiers are expected to take on the extra responsibilities. The only positive thing I can say is that they are patient when it comes to training people.

They need to do their share of work and stop calling out 24/7.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
4/5 managers are AWESOME!!! I feel they are patient and encouraging. They will work with you and your scheduling needs and hear you out if you have a problem with anything. These are genuinely kind people who I have respect for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get $11.31 after taxes,no benefits and no holiday pay. I'm a cashier and do extra work because the floor associates can't 1.price things correctly 2. Record items into the system 3.Answer their phones. I'm expected to resolve/work around these issues in addition to helping a long line of people.
