My team has great camaraderie. We support each other and have become friends outside of the office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is down to earth and practical. There seems to be great appreciation for the employees and their contributions. We are encouraged to focus on work life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Regular reviews and open discussions about how to get ahead make me feel like the company is focused on helping me advance. I have received raises more than once a year although I am not sure that is common.
