Either the company Managers and up (to corporate) doesn't care about their employees or are all in the dark about what actually goes on at their theaters and how their employees are being treated.

Straightforward questions, very little hypotheticals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the work environment is sadly just the customers who are there because they love movies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company treats their employee's all the way up to Supervisor as completely replaceable. The Management I've dealt with will and have made up excuses to demote and reduce hours just because they don't like you. They need to promote based on performance not nepotism.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to be consistent, the criteria to be leadership needs to be consistent and transparent. Leadership needs to work as hard if not harder than their minimum wage employees. They need to remember that they are just employees of the company as well and need to look out for each other.
