How everyone tries to help each other during rush hours. It still lacks accountability and needs improvent in communication. Most team members take the lead and manager role without being an actual lead or manager.

Managers could stop showing favoritism. The managers will often send on the clock employees to get food for the manager. They're told they don't have to clock out. The managers tend to treat certain employees better who share the same political views.
