The friendly they are and they actually do legit question better suit the position
Honestly, I have worked there so long I do not really recall my original interview well from 15 years ago. However, I did get "promoted" if you can call it that, when I applied to crew lead, they gave me waaaay more responsibility with a very little pay increase.
