They are very easygoing and fun. They always make sure we are still treated fairly and with respect.
They are very kind and open to anything
They care about us professionally and personally.
Listening to employees, making sure they have what is needed to get the jobs done, weeding out the bad employees and recognizing the good ones. Create a positive work experience. Dont micromanage and lose focus of the wider picture. Stop rewarding bad behavior.
Caring more for their employees that have given 15 years, worked on holidays, late nights, been on call, all for minimum wage. Then just push that loyal employee to the side when they ask for help with filing for medical time off after a recent hospitalization- that they were made aware
Helping people when they ask for help
Management-wise: They choose to not communicate with each other. When there is a concern, they hide behind the corner.
Everything, they're all high schoolers
Everything that is provided there
The free tickets of course

Free movies and half off on concession items
I like getting paid bi-weekly.

free tickets to see new movies
some employees did not pull their share of doing work and managers never said anything to them so work would just repeatedly fall on a you get employees.
Review from Sales Dept
Minimum wage is not thecway to keep valuable employees. Pay a solid working wage and keep great people.
I don't understand how someone can work for a company for 15 years and never have a raise, be paid minimum wage- up until I recently took on a crew lead position, my pay increased more than minimum wage for the very first time in almost 15 years!!
Higher wages less labor hours
Dont feel payed enough for all I do
A true community than most but also has faults
Cooperative, supportive, hardworking and confident
Only the crew members treat everyone like a family
There is some good people who really help you out.
Review from Customer Success Dept
They are fun and great people. Even if they aren't crew leaders they will still take initiative and work hard.
being mature and professional in the workplace.

Everyone seems to really enjoy working here!
We like to keep people motivated
the employees and the customers
We need a GM that will come in here and work with the ones who wants to prove this building and let's take these red shirts back and retrain or put somebody in their place that needs to know their job and it's going to do their job and not just come in here act like it's a playground for kids to pla
Company standards that protect employees and benefits us as opposed to taking advantage

TRAINING! management doesn't receive adequate training
Review from Operations Dept
I gained alot of experience
The hiring manager asked very imprtant questions that tells alot about a person.
My GM is no longer here
The interview process was very relaxed. The objective of the interview is to determine if a person is a good fit for AMC and not to make anyone feel bad.
It was smooth and not very nerve racking. Our hiring manager is very friendly and reassuring. Good conversations.
Honestly, I have worked there so long I do not really recall my original interview well from 15 years ago. However, I did get "promoted" if you can call it that, when I applied to crew lead, they gave me waaaay more responsibility with a very little pay increase.
The interview process is pretty easy

Conducive environment, security and payment
coworkers that are realistic, professional, and do their job
Review from Sales Dept
Making the guests happy, helping coworkers have a good day, keeping expectations high
Working with people that enjoy coming to work!
The guests make me the most happy. When I work to make an outing to the movies an enjoyable experience, and the guest compliments me, I feel I have accomplished something worthwhile.
If you treat your employees well, and value them, they will make your company run more smoothly. If you treat your employees like crap, as they did to me, again I worked for them for 15 years, then your company will not do well overall.
Everything lack of supplies to offer customers
Hire a new staff and upgrade the theater
The management staff is a complete joke. They sit in their office and watch the employees through the cameras. Then they critique us on minor things that they could have done themselves.
Review from Sales Dept
They can start enforcing the "no tolerance policy" on sexual harassment. But also the managers can start acting like managers and not teenagers running around making sure their friends are happy and getting what they want.
Review from Product Dept
friendly and understanding about medical issues
costumer service and employee attitudes
