What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A software company that hasn't released a major innovation in over 5 years is dying. It's as simple as that. Accept that the $ valuation isn't there anymore and make a dramatic shift in leadership to spur change or pack it up and sell.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
AppointmentPlus doesn't have a leadership team. Instead, it's a bunch of "yes-men" to the CEO's latest whim, flavor of the month or random influenced idea from outside sources.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No alignment within the organizational chart - there are non-people managers and ICP's making more than department head directors.
