What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The amount of effort that goes into inclusion and belonging is astounding. It's completely different than any other organization I've worked for.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love when I get opportunities outside of my job description. I am encouraged to find projects that challenge me, and that's when I really love my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open and involved. Out leadership team does an excellent job of making sure that people at every level in our company feels involved in what we are doing on a higher level than just their day to day work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works hard and plays hard. I know that I have folks that I can be open and honest with and that my value on our team comes both from the work that I do and from who I am as a person.
