It is mostly positive, but I'm struggling with not knowing the overall strategy/direction of the company and as a manager I feel out of the loop and not able to contribute to our higher-level strategy. I am often able to help in a very tactical way, but that's not really what I'm looking for.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my coworkers. Accomplishing things that make an impact to the business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is pretty laid back and seem to trust each other and the people around them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall we have a very laid back culture and the flexibility to balance work and our lives outside of work. I love that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone seems to get along well and there is a sense of teamwork and comradery. I've been at other places where this is not the case, so I appreciate and value it very much!
