This is a good company to work for. Management is very supportive of employees and very generous. I don't always agree with some managers and their management style but the benefits definitely outweigh the drawbacks.

Overall Archer has been a positive experience and I plan to continue working here for the foreseeable future. I'm impressed with the way the company is managed overall. However having not gotten a raise in 5 years makes me question how much the company values me.

The company does their best to keep health insurance premiums at a minimum

There's a positive attitude in the company that seems to trickle down from management

Leadership is mostly approachable and seem to go out of their way to make the company an employee friendly place to work

Management does very nice things for employees from finding the best deals for employees health benefits to fun activities like company parties, outings, games, etc.
