My company fosters an environment that allows for constructive criticism. They provide great tools to do your work. They are not old, outdated tech that is falling apart. They encourage interdepartmental communication. We do a lot of company bonding/team building. This is a GREAT place to work.

It's a great company. I have excelled so far and I am ready for more, but I feel where we are in my department, it will be so long before that happens.

Very welcoming and friendly. Goal-oriented but fair.

Culture is the relaxed laid back attitude. Environment is I work from home so it?

They are laidback and flexible. They were very supportive during the pandemic. They are fun and not micro managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would have liked to get a full raise. I feel undercut as I got a small increase early, but the wait for my next increase will be so long. It was also smaller than it was the previous year and inflation is devastatingly high this year. I would also like the 401K match to increase 5%
