What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always so open to accepting feedback and discussing issues - I love it!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't know that I feel undervalued per se - I just know there are jobs out there that pay higher than what I currently make for my level of expertise/experience. Obviously getting paid more in my role here at Archer would be great!
