I love working at Archer. It's refreshing to be a part of a company that truly cares about their employees. I get paid fairly, the benefits package and perks are amazing, and I really enjoy working with the entire Archer team. No micromanagement, lots of communication from leadership, & lots of fun.

Very inclusive, accepting, progressive, and everyone is working toward the same goal.

Doing my job successfully and to the best of my ability. I love seeing the results of my work have an impact.

Knowing that I am a part of a team that has my back at all times. Seeing the success of the team and knowing I played a part in it makes me super happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it's actually competitive in the industry. I feel like a lot of companies think their compensation packages are "generous and competitive" when they are really just looking to get someone hired for as little as possible. Not the case at Archer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team! We work very well together and I feel like I could go to any one of my team members (or anyone in the company, honestly) with any issues or questions and not be met with a closed door or indifference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is treated fairly and seen as a valuable member of the team. The company goes beyond expectations to make the culture and environment positive and fun. Work hard, play hard! The leadership makes sure that employees are recognized (and rewarded) for their work/contributions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all very open and communicative with all employees. They make sure all employees know what is going on within the company at any given time and are very good about giving updates, providing a map for the future, and are all responsive to questions.
