So far, it has been a satisfying 2+ months at Arista. It was a bug decision to leave Cisco after 10+ years of service. Until now, I am happy about my decision to join Arista. Hope to have a long tenure here.

All the Engineers are technically well capable & helpful.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more inclusive and treat everyones hard work equally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am still learning at work. Open team and open Manager
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Too early to comment. Bonus & Stocks. Hope, this does continue every year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very open Culture. Its been just more than 2 months for me here, but I get a positive feel that I have made the right decision to Join Arista after 10+ years in Cisco.
