It's been a negative experience so far. New employees are not given interesting work, are treated as inferior, are scolded when sharing new ideas, are not welcome to bring about a change. WFH is looked down upon, work culture is vastly different from team to team

Free lunches, free snacks in the break room, trusting employees to work effectively from home

Social events, mental health events, would be nice to have monthly mental health off days like other big tech companies
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Good managers create a positive working environment where employees are happy and content and treat each other with respect. Bad managers create the exact opposite work culture
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Mechanical engineering team manager with the initials RW should be trained to create a positive work environment. Micro-managing and being rude to your team members and treating junior team members as incapable is not constructive. It destroys morale, motivation, and creates a toxic work environment
