Culture is good and my direct team is wonderful. The company as a whole I think should revisit compensation and benefits to match other larger companies. I feel supported and have a good place to continue learning. Due to the flat management structure, it can be difficult to perceive career advances

A lot of very intelligent and self driven people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are caring and personable. Also they know how and when to execute.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No micromanaging plus overall postive and friendlt people makes coming to work better.
What makes you most happy at work?
When there is something exciting to work on, that can be challenging but not impossible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very helpful and the more senior coworkers are very open to mentorship and support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fast paced culture and mindset to always improvive is good for a younger engineer. There are lots of opportunities to learn and take on more responsibilities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem relatively transparent for the most part? I've yet to really interact with any of them directly so it can also be a bit hard to say.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the unlimited PTO plan, but it is also tricky to navigate the plan as there is always so much work that you feel less inclined to take days off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think better health care coverage, and misc wellness benefits (however small) could go a long way. Knowing that my position requires me to be in person 90% of the time vs someone who is full remote - I feel that should be associated with compensation.
