It has been a very fruitful and rewarding experience so far. I am a relatively new employee, and I have learnt a lot technically. Due to the need to catch up with the existing members of the team technologically, I work slightly longer hours now.But that's okay. I believe it will stabilize over time

Very friendly, polite and always eager to help. They are also very knowledgeable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The freedom to learn new things, and identify areas that you would like to contribute to/work on
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It has to the stock grants. Arista (ANET) has done well despite the market downturn over the past year. I hope it remains that way
What makes you most happy at work?
We work hard for own own success, as well own company's success. Challenging, quality work helps us keep pace with the latest technologies in the industry. Arista enables me to enhance my skill-set
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What impressed me the most -> The CTO actually codes and is hands on, at such a big company -> The CTO said that people are promoted up the ranks, i.e all managers have a technical background (as opposed to being 'JIRA' managers with no technical expertise)
