My leadership team at Arista has allowed me to be myself and feel comfortable at work, explore new ways to grow in my role, and has guided me in prioritizing and aligning both my personal and career goals within the company.

My team is culturally and professionally cohesive - we have a great time and are passionate about the work we do. The team has a growing rapport and we all keep each other happy and provide positive, constructive support while maintaining an optimal work output.
