Of course the RSUs have been great but I've been pleasantly surprised with salary increases.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy being a part of a business that is developing and adapting to change caused mainly by our rapid growth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very engaged especially when I compare them to my past life experience (Cisco). Although the comparison may be unfair due to Arista being smaller and not as complex, the mission and vision are clearer and and I feel much more connected.

Engaged and pragmatic in the sense that they recognize the need to balance 'keeping Arista weird' with need to improve processes to enable us to scale to $10B and beyond. Impressive mixture technical wizardry and business savvy along with keen ability to communicate to the investment community.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find almost everyone to be open, willing to share new ideas and constructive criticism. Our continued growth and success will help ensure that we all continue to work as a team to prioritize what's best for Arista rather than what's best best for ME....which is ultimately best for all of us
