The overall objectives are clearly communicated, and our positioning in the market with future direction is always illustrated in the All Hands meetings.

I am empowered to make decisions in my role and I am held accountable for the results with clearly defined metrics for success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very goal-oriented. In cross-functional meetings, the members are all aligned with the objective and positive in determining a plan to accomplish the goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Benefits package offers very good options (especially for the Health Plan). Also, consideration for stock is great, especially given the promising outlook for future growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very collaborative, engaging, and willing to help each other. This has been demonstrated with team members providing some of their "best practices" and different approaches on how to address various situations.
