I have been with the company for almost 8 years and am still happy to work here. I have never felt that at any other company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with the product teams and coworkers in my group.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is highly motivated. Willing to help each other. Good attitudes and sense of humor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to accept one another no matter the cultural differences. I appreciate that people are open to one another without being too negative.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate they are open to ideas and listen. They try to help when needed and seem to care about the employee as an individual. Their personal and professional needs/growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The way the company looks at compensation is strange. To view a bonus and stock as part of the salary doesn't seem right. If stock tanks and no bonus is given due to companywide lack of performance, then effectively it would be like getting a pay cut since the company views these as compensation.
