Since I join on May 2023 its been fantastic, new role, new opportunities, I been learning a lot and this is helping to keep my career growing. my team, peers and manager are the best! On salary and benefits there a room for improvement. Overall Im glad to make the decision to work at Arista!

My team and my coworkers from another areas, we are changing the world from our side, we are making huge step and Im proud to be part of it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
my managers are always touching base with me to see who I feel, workload, what are my goals. Lorraine Lucia is the best, she make me feel like Im on the right place
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are pro active and care of all of us (employee), Im impress for all the dedication an commit of all my managers , executives and CEO with the company. I want to keep learning more from them and hopefully meet all of them F2F.
