Its been good but would like more opportunities to advance my career here. Stocks are good but without raises, it feels like it doesn't matter whether you do relatively better than other people at the company. We need more processes in the team too other wise we are leaving ourselves way too open

The team is small so we have cohesion and a bias to do the right thing

I believe by keeping spending to a limit, they are weathering the market well. And the support for right technology at the right time is crucial
