What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attract and recruit more diverse talent, specifically women. There are so few on the sales and SE side of the house.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with customers to solve their business challenges and building relationships. Also, I like being in the field sharing a meal or coffee with our customers and partners.
