They are accessible to all employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being allowed to do what I enjoy while also pushing me to learn something new.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I didn't have to negotiate my base salary. I was given slightly more than I originally asked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The very flat management structure. No one in management feels out of reach for me to contact.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very smart, willing to help out and are lenient on letting me get up to speed with out making me feel bad on not understanding everything that is going on.
