Again, I firmly believe in the technology, the quality and overarching mission and principles.

We have a true sense of teamwork and investment in what we hope to accomplish
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am highly invested in the technology and the vision. However from a pure sales standpoint we do not offer competitive compensation packages. I believe sales should come with guaranteed compensation the first year and/or recoverable draws.
