It is a great compoany to work for, the team I am part of is very enjoyable, I am challenged and I have the opportunity to create projects from my own thoughts to be implemented, I am able to make changes to improve the processes and that is something that you don't normally see in other places
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the way we work, we are always looking for excellence on what we do
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am valued as a person, however there could be some improvements

We are collaborative, supportive, we care for each other, and we are willing to help in case it is required.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
THe leadership and people management of my manager and their managers. they care about the people on the team and also in the responsibilities to be covered by the whole team. there is always support from the colleagues to each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in the company almost three years, one of the years I got an evaluation that was to be improved. however I have not received any salary increases and my work have been always very good, even if one period I didn't reach my goals 100%. I think that the inflation is at the moment eating
