The staff neats to be treated with respect and not have to worry that they will be ripped off in their paycheck!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating their employees with respect, paying a fair wage and opening the lines of communication. There is a mentality of "keeping staff in line"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid the market value of my position. Having a time clock that works, so you are not repeatedly short changed in your pay check!!
