This varies... Some teammates are outgoing and will do anything they can for our residents. Others however, (mostly in corporate positions [untouchable and unreachable] allow unpopular or unwarranted mandates from "up high" to be received negatively by personnel at their properties.

The Community Business Director doesn't know what she's doing. She has no backbone, no support and does not follow through. Several vendors complained about non payment for their services.
