One of the best things about our team is that, even without consistent support from management or leadership, we still work well together. We look out for one another, step in when someone needs help, and do our best to keep things running smoothly for the residents, especially since management wont

Their okay to work with
This varies... Some teammates are outgoing and will do anything they can for our residents. Others however, (mostly in corporate positions [untouchable and unreachable] allow unpopular or unwarranted mandates from "up high" to be received negatively by personnel at their properties.

For the majority of the staff everyone works well together I believe there is a mutual respect between the co-workers

We really need stronger management that pushes us to work together as a team instead of an individual and the. Getting mad at everyone

One co worker in particular needs to be less cunning and sycophantic

They people right off the street with zero experience passing out medication etc... Place is a joke
The Community Business Director doesn't know what she's doing. She has no backbone, no support and does not follow through. Several vendors complained about non payment for their services.
