open door policy and people focused

In tune with needs of business

They want to grow you as a person and help you succeed.

The team at my location is amazing. But I think they are the exception, not the rule

community level management works really hard and is mistreated by executive management

They lead with their hearts

THEY REALLY SUPPORT THEIR TEAM.

They are awesome.. very good to work for

Our team has been in place for less than 8 months however each person has started at a front line worker then moved up to management.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Helping staff on the floor

Delegating work. Staffing the communites adequately. Listening to employee feedback. Higher wages. Being meticulous as to who is let in the building and if the staff will be able to handle to work load.

Everything from choosing the management team to providing tools to do our job

Communication and keep All employees informed

Guidance and responding to questions

Treat line staff same as Directors

Everything. Listen to your workers and their suggestions for bettering the place.

Showing up for work on a regular basis. Communicating overall: logistics, schedules, policy, training procedures. Regular leadership and marketing meetings. Accountability from managers and staff. Foster some level of comradery with staff. Show a good example. Make themselves available to staff
