open door policy and people focused
In tune with needs of business
They want to grow you as a person and help you succeed.
The team at my location is amazing. But I think they are the exception, not the rule
community level management works really hard and is mistreated by executive management
Delegating work. Staffing the communites adequately. Listening to employee feedback. Higher wages. Being meticulous as to who is let in the building and if the staff will be able to handle to work load.
Everything from choosing the management team to providing tools to do our job
New management strategies,procedures and implementation!

listening to the grunts about management
I am not writing about benefit package
salary and bonus plans for leaders
Atria tends to pay well from a salary perspective.
The commission structure was simple
Everything especially in setting up investment and other great financial services
Review from Customer Success Dept
I feel we deserve to be compensated better for all that we do. Not only do we provide care and medication handling, but laundry services pet care and tray services. This is all because each department is short staffed.
No one higher up cares about staff
How about treating everyone equally and fairly then the pay would not matter as much
Better incentive and equity based comp
I am easily disposable according to the company
One of the best things about our team is that, even without consistent support from management or leadership, we still work well together. We look out for one another, step in when someone needs help, and do our best to keep things running smoothly for the residents, especially since management wont

Coworkers are overworked. They are unable to do more.
We really need stronger management that pushes us to work together as a team instead of an individual and the. Getting mad at everyone
Stop micromanage and management contradiction
Coworkers do not care and do not do their jobs because they are frustrated at their treatment from management
The most positive aspect of the culture and environment at this company comes directly from the frontline staff. Even in the face of challenges, lack of leadership support, and at times unsafe working conditions, the employees themselves are the ones who create a culture of teamwork, compassion.

The people who live there
The residents are the most positive thing about working there.
Review from Customer Success Dept
The workers band together. Most employees want to do a great job
My colleagues and the activities the company had. Too bad we can't go to them. Or we can, but management will get mad because we could have been working

bring in some leaders that know and understand the industry
Treat the employees with respect and compensate them appropriately.
Review from Operations Dept
Comprehensive trainings, direction and information.

Stop promoting independent living 90% are not independent. These elderly need help, sales are more important. Get the move in and we can deal with the care portion later. It's wrong and the only way to grow occupancy and not be fired is lease to anyone with a heartbeat. Money mongers.
What I liked most about the interview process was the opportunity to meet with different department heads. It gave me a chance to understand their work expectations, see how each team operates, and get a well-rounded sense of the company’s environment and cultur
Review from Admin Dept

It's fine. Nothing to adjust
Review from Admin Dept
To quit hiring morons who don't know what their job entails.
Drop the drug test. It is unnecessary
Making sure the job they are applying for comes with experience and making sure all the job outlines are described
The people who live there,my team
My coworkers make me happiest
The residents and my coworkers.
Review from Operations Dept

Each place needs to be run as the location sees fit. It is not a one size fits all organization
listen to the staff about our current gm and the residents about the current gm
Start by treating your employe with respect because without us no take of the residents
Make all the residents happy, not just the few that complain.
What our job is - to care for elderly people with pride and compassion. It gives me pride to be a part of that.
I'd like to see more employees to help our clients especially to care for their physical needs.
