Showing up for work on a regular basis. Communicating overall: logistics, schedules, policy, training procedures. Regular leadership and marketing meetings. Accountability from managers and staff. Foster some level of comradery with staff. Show a good example. Make themselves available to staff

One of the best things about our team is that, even without consistent support from management or leadership, we still work well together. We look out for one another, step in when someone needs help, and do our best to keep things running smoothly for the residents, especially since management wont

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of the culture and environment at this company comes directly from the frontline staff. Even in the face of challenges, lack of leadership support, and at times unsafe working conditions, the employees themselves are the ones who create a culture of teamwork, compassion.

The management of my community give the part time staff food after meals they work. The give more the the contracted one meal for full time staff

What I liked most about the interview process was the opportunity to meet with different department heads. It gave me a chance to understand their work expectations, see how each team operates, and get a well-rounded sense of the company’s environment and cultur
