First few years were great. Past few years with cutbacks, firing female management, senior management looking to keep dollars in their pockets has made it a hard place to work.

Everything. Treat women as equals and lose the boys club mentality.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Speed up hiring process. Applicants are lost because process takes too long
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop getting rid of all the highly paid women support managers and stop the old boys club It's disgraceful
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Women are undervalued and everyone is overworked. It goes beyond the financial compensation . Stop the dog and pony show for prospective residents and future employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Don't be fooled by the brochure. Employees are expected to perform un reasonable tasks as staffing is at a minimum. Managers are off working 15 hours a day to cover shifts in order to meet insane staffing goals
