A lot of negativity. But I do like what I do.

Co-workers are negative about management, pay scale, no bonuses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is not on par with experience. Medical is high with high deductible. No bonuses. Impact award system is a joke.
