We are all very tight! We work hard together to make sure that our goals are met but we also play hard too. Each person knows they are valued and heard on our team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy my team and the ever changing needs each day. Every day becomes a new puzzle with new issues that need to be solved and new projects that need to be handled. That makes me really happy to be at work!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While the environment is fast paced and can result in a heavy workload, it is well balanced by the amount of time spent doing fun activities each week and/or month (like donut Thursdays, birthday parties each month, happy hour Fridays once a month, etc).
