I love BAL! From the start my recuiter was amaizng, my direct leadership interviewed well also (showing personality). I enjoy the little perks (Donuts, BALcademy, etc). I enjoy that I can talk to anyone on any team and get valuable incite. I feel charged up to go into work!

I like knowing that I am making a difference in peoples lives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that I am able to put my son on my insurance and not pay an extra $1000 just for one dependent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that its more focused on the work we do and how productive we can be, not about what we dress like.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they take all ideas into consideration to solve any problems. All have been happy to answer questions no matter how big or small at a moments notice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along great! We communicate constantly and often reach out to make holistic department benchmarks where everyones thoughts are included. We have ongoing training set up outside of training we all receive at the start of employment which is fantastic!
