The team works hard for the most part. most care about the clients and how to better their lives. they put in the effort they feel they deserve for what they are paid.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The work isn't always hard but it isn't always easy either. the people doing paperwork get paid and receive far better benefits than the people doing the real work, that makes the money. The caretakers actually care about the clients. But management doesn't care about any of the people involved.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

better pay and benefits for the employees. Actually allowing employees to use their benefits, like vacations. Provide the necessary staffing needed so hard working staff can get the breaks they deserve too. You supposedly get all these wonderful benefits. Only problem is they are all a smoke screen.
