Casual interview environment, easy questions. Phone interview then in person then offer.

Nice supplies and office. Lunches were sometimes purchased. Snacks provided.

The team (minus leadership) was forward-thinking, positive and nice.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Products are often faulty, especially ink refills. Listen to your customers and make this a top priority to fix!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation was well below industry standards. I had to fight to get it to a minimum for my standard. Stock options were available for purchase but none given to you. No other real benefits from a comp perspective. Bonuses were minimal.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with employees - HR practices and being CLEAR with expectations. Not forcing employees to live by the CEOs lifestyle (eating lunch at the same time, working at the exact same 9am sharp to 5:30pm sharp timeline, working from home flexibility). Listening to customers and employees.
