I was paid way less then my colleagues who had way less experience than me and who I gave training to. I told my manager but they wanted me to be okay with it

bet365 is a good (excellent, I might say) company in terms of pay, benefits, and time off. The job itself though can be confusing, frustrating, and overwhelming. The company seems a great bit unorganized, but it's worth it for the compensation you receive.
