caring about their employees and change the culture of bullying. They should pay employees with the same job title and work on discrimination

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just a small example: tainees get same or more money than trainers
I was paid way less then my colleagues who had way less experience than me and who I gave training to. I told my manager but they wanted me to be okay with it

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was pretty seamless. Phone interview with a recruiter, phone interview with a department team leader, and then in-person interview with a supervisor. They communicated amazingly.
