What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive leadership sides with managers ALWAYS and without fail. Unfortunately, managers are the most common problem. Certain members of the exec team are constantly undermining the CEO and sharing their negative opinions of his performance and decisions with front line subordinates.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership team is too old - they'd rather be at their lake houses than at work dealing with the consequences of their bad decisions.
