The General Manager, Lisseth, is not a good fit for the restaurant. She creates a hostile enviroment for everyone, while at the same time favoring her friends, which are the ones who have the best hours. On the other hand, if she suddenly dislikes you, She will retaliate cutting your hours.

I've met some good people that knows how to work as a team, sadly not everyone is in the same page, the good employees don't last due to poor management
