Jose is amazing at what he does, very patient and understanding he takes control of the situation and executes perfectly. He's always organized and always tries to be better then the day before.

Who's ever put in charge of being the leader are usually nice people but they seem to get whatever hours they want when other people get cut. Manager is hardly ever around and everyone else is there to do the job

there is no communication what so ever .the store is not open by a mgr. but by an employee . we dont get our time adjusted for the lateness

Understand what the meaning of leadership is
Treat employees with respect and not be passive aggressive.
I would wish that our managment team would let the hard working servers.. who put in the hours during the week, not only get get good tables on the weekends but get treated as such on the weekends. During the weekends our managers/ supervisors allow their own family to get better treatment.

I am pregnant and have never called out of work but once and I had a hospital note saying that I could not physically come into work. I have told them to please schedule me a little but less for I have severe morning sickness all day long. Barry is the worst manager I have ever come to know.

Hiring managers and employees based on experience and not because there friends. Hanging out with employees outside of work is a very bad look
