The coworkers are efficient but manegment is not
I've met some good people that knows how to work as a team, sadly not everyone is in the same page, the good employees don't last due to poor management

The people I work with on the floor or nice the cooks though can be quite nasty. But overall whenever I am working I enjoy it. The problem is never knowing how many hours I'm going to be working

I'm not sure. Most of my coworkers seem to take their bad moods out on the rest of us and will call out randomly without any time to call someone else in
