What would you improve about your company's interview process?
To be courteous to the potential employee for hire, and honest in communication with them.
They have to be kinder and know how to listen to the interviewee, they only hire people from their own place of origin.
Not being bias based on race, gender, or enthisity
New Management would make everything a lot better. Fire the managers we have and get actual managers that want to do their job and want to work.
Lousy as ever they don't care
I wish they would have ket me know that it is very family dominated.. no way possible to grow because of them.
