I personally feel like NOT ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE TREAT LIKE FAMILY !!!!! LIKE WE WERE TOLD IN TRAINING just the IMPORTANT ONES are . the celebrate one some employees birthdays we havent received a RAISE yet because they say theres no money cooks are leaving for this reason not everyone is in uniform

COMMUNICATION IS KEY !!!!! Raises would be nice. so that we don't loose any more employees. less yelling

at least we can rely on each other for help .theres communication we help when need we talk about who will work on what.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
there is no communication what so ever .the store is not open by a mgr. but by an employee . we dont get our time adjusted for the lateness
