What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all embrace all of the core values that our company represents. Not just because it is our companies core values, but also because there is something special about people that work here and we all understand what it means to be epic :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership is fantastic! They always have time to listen to me, even if it isn't right when I ask for it, they always find the time to hear me out about anything and everything. They care, truly care about my future and the future of Blizzard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always very supportive of each other and each others work. Lending a hand when it is needed no matter the task :) We are a very well balanced team - full of folks that have a very wide understanding of all things Blizzard and the Industries we work in.
