What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work-Life balance is extremely important here and ingrained in the culture. People work really hard and have a lot of fun too. I rarely feel stressed out or overworked, even in sprints. I can trust everyone on my team to get work done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I truly trust and admire the leadership team. They consistently make the right decisions for the company and it's employees. There is no "ego" in our executives. As a mid-level employee, I am given freedom to create meaningful changes with very little red tape. My manager is transparent & supportive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits & perks are great! I'm happy with my compensation it feels fair. I feel like I could make SLIGHTLY more at some other companies, but it wouldn't make up for Blizzard's awesomeness and my personal happiness. There are no equity/stock options which is a big downside, but profit sharing helps.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE my team. Everyone really wants to be here. It's a fun and social environment. We all work hard and I trust everyone to get quality work done on time while still gaming a bit throughout the day. There's a lot of introverts so you need to make an effort to build solid relationships.
