BlueRock Therapeutics LP is a clinical stage cell therapy harnessing the power of cell therapy to create a pipeline of new medicines for people suffering from neurological and ophthalmic diseases. Two of our novel investigational cell therapies, bemdaneprocel (BRT-DA01) for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and OpCT-001 for the treatment of primary photoreceptor diseases are clinical stage programs. BlueRock was founded in 2016 as a joint venture of Versant Ventures and Leaps by Bayer. Overall I have very positive experience working at BlueRock. I am excited for the company to work on all these stem therapy projects to improve patients health. Also, I am really happy that company cares about maintaining work/life balance.

company is very transparent on the research, findings and what the future goals are. This motivates everyone to contribute their best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we work as a team and they are happy to help out with any issues. We also like to go out after work too since we are all friends too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
commute benefit of $250 helps alot, since I come to work 5 days week. Parking and Transit cost would add up otherwise. Also Long Term Incentive program is really good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they approached me during the team meeting, to ask about how I am doing? and how do I like the company? They were willing to help with any of my concerns.
